Frisco Overview


In the past, Frisco was known for its residential existence; however, its retail presence has grown exponentially over the last several years. Stonebriar Mall, with 165 stores, and Ikea, a 300,000 ft2 furniture showroom, have both positively impacted the retail traffic of the city; Frisco’s real estate is not limited to retail, though.

Construction has begun on the five-billion-dollar Frisco Station. This massive development plans to add thousands of square feet of office space, retail, dining, apartments, and entertainment. The first structure of Frisco station is a seven-story commercial building, bringing 228,000 ft2 of Class A office space.
