Addison Overview


Addison is a suburb of Dallas, located twenty minutes north of Downtown. The suburb consists of just over 4 square miles, and plenty of restaurants, hotels, and office space. Although the area is relatively young it has a significant impact on the overall Dallas office space market.

Upon first glance, one may consider Addison an unlikely destination for the tech industry; however, the it has made massive strides in online business within the past five years. In 2014, Addison was awarded Google’s E-City for the State of Texas.

Addison, TX has a lot of entertainment to offer for being a relatively small area. USA Today has also praised the city, specifically its annual Independence Day Celebration. The firework show attracts over 500,000 fans annually, and was ranked in the top ten firework shows in the country by USA Today.
