Tech might be the primary driver behind Downtown’s dynamic economy, emblematic of the region as a whole, but it’s certainly not the only industry that’s attracted to Downtown’s unique appeal. Klyde Warren Park runs through the heart of Downtown giving employees 5-acres of food trucks, live music, exercise classes, and walking paths. The nearby American Airlines Center is yet another entertainment option for Downtown workers, home of both the Mavericks and Stars as well as many concerts and special events throughout the year.
