Downtown Atlanta isn't a drab capital center like so many urban areas found throughout the country. A diverse and vibrant atmosphere attracts companies from a variety of industries that join the several government agencies calling Downtown Atlanta home. The Georgia State University student body infuses the submarket with a distinctive spirit that makes it a unique submarket within the MSA. Most of the inventory consists of older Class A and Class B properties where much of the available office space comes from Bank of America Tower and the Georgia Pacific Center.
