Atlanta's Northwest submarket is often associated with massive corporations but is actually popular with companies of all shapes and sizes. With Cumberland serving as its economic center, organizations gravitate towards the area's business-friendly attitude and thriving economy. Technology firms are also starting to flock towards Northwest Atlanta to leverage its attractive combination of location, inventory, and amenities. The area features a diverse selection of Class A and Class B office properties with newer complexes clustering around the I-75/I-285 interchange. The northern section of the submarket boasts many cost-effective Class B properties while Murrieta offers significant flex/warehouse spaces with larger footprints. Recent improvements to I-285 and I-75 have substantially eased traffic to and from the submarket to make the commute a definite draw for talent.
