About Shawn
People have always been able to count on me. In my role as a leader, team player, and
advisor I strive to put others needs first! As an experienced commercial real estate
professional, my primary focus is to provide my clients with value and peace of
mind throughout the leasing and sales process. Shawn is a Senior Director with TBA DFW, exclusively working on behalf of tenants and purchasers to help them find their commercial homes!
Prior to joining TBA DFW, Shawn was the first TenantBase hire for the Dallas market in
2017, and has worked for Bright Realty, Bradford Companies and Coldwell Banker
Commercial throughout his twenty (20) plus years of commercial real estate experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth Market. Shawn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of North Texas. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and a licensed real estate broker in
the state of Texas.
