Located in the heart of the South Bay region of LA, Torrance features many smaller warehouse and industrial options for companies. Just 1.5 miles from the ocean, Torrance is well known for its moderate climate and rapid growth. Lakewood is bordered by Long Beach, Bellflower, Cerritos, Cypress, and Hawaiian Gardens. Along with Downey and Santa Fe Springs, the region is known as the Tri-County area due to its proximity to Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties.
