Retail continues to lead Fort Worth’s space demand. TenantBase data shows storefront searches comprised more than half of all queries (54.3%), with a notable preference for longer leases. Specifically, 51.5% of retail searches were for terms longer than three years, including 20.6% for 5+ years—signaling long-term confidence among brick-and-mortar operators.
