We used to be a brokerage.
Before 2020, TenantBase ran its own brokerage. In-house tenant rep brokers, working roughly a dozen markets across the country, learning the entire leasing process from the inside.
Then came a deliberate decision: stop trying to recruit every broker in the country in-house, and instead build the technology layer that connects businesses to the independent, licensed local professionals who already know each market better than anyone recruited from outside it. The service stayed the same. Who delivers it, and how, changed completely.
