4 New Partner Broker Dashboard Features
Four updates are live in the TenantBase partner broker dashboard: Connected deal feedback, automated daily and weekly digest emails, anonymous tenant rep posting in beta, and a $500 broker incentive program.
We've shipped four updates to the TenantBase partner broker dashboard. A smarter feedback loop when you connect deals. Automated daily and weekly digests so you never miss a pipeline move. Anonymous tenant rep posting, now live in beta, so you can get inbound from listing brokers without giving away a single client detail. And a broker incentive program that banks $500 for every intro you send that becomes a subscriber.

Why These Updates Matter for Your Pipeline
Managing a commercial real estate pipeline means staying across dozens of moving parts at once: active deals, pending referrals, tenant requirements, and listing relationships all competing for your attention while you're out in the field.
These four updates are designed to reduce friction at the moments that matter most: when you close a connection, when you need a quick read on where your pipeline stands, and when you want to source inbound introductions without putting client information at risk.
Here is a full breakdown of each feature.
In This Update
Every deal you connect carries signal about what kind of customer converts, how they prefer to be reached, and what context made the match work. This update puts that feedback loop directly inside your dashboard so that data doesn't get lost.
"Connected" Deal Feedback
When you move a deal to Connected, you will now see a short prompt asking you to rate the deal, log the connection method, and add any relevant context.
The more consistently you engage with this prompt, the more precisely TenantBase can target the right customers to your pipeline. It compounds over time: small inputs, meaningfully better introductions.
Additional Research / Broker Notes Field
The Additional Research / Broker Notes field has been clarified and consolidated. Any previously separate internal note areas have been folded into this single field, so there is one place to log everything that should stay private to you and the TenantBase team.
This field is strictly internal and visible only to you and the TenantBase team. It is never discoverable by third parties. Log LinkedIn profiles, contact histories, off-market context, or any non-anonymized details here freely.
Staying on top of your pipeline shouldn't require logging into the dashboard every few hours. Digest emails deliver the right summary at the right time, automatically, without adding anything to your workflow.
On the move? Reply directly to any digest email to reach the TenantBase team with questions or to flag something on a deal.
Brokers in TenantBase's network can now post tenant rep opportunities directly on the platform without revealing any identifying information. No company name. No contact details. Just the deal, plus inbound listings from brokers whose available space actually matches.
This sits alongside TenantBase's existing Buildout integration and expanding syndication partnerships, keeping your entire deal board in one place: listed, off-market, and anonymous tenant rep.
How It Works
TenantBase is launching a major outreach push with the listing broker community this July. The brokers in TenantBase's network with anonymous tenant rep deals already live on the platform will be first in line for inbound listing broker outreach when that wave hits. Upload your deals now.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Connected Feedback prompt and why should I use it?
When you mark a deal as Connected, the dashboard shows a short prompt to rate deal quality, log the connection method, and add notes. The data improves how TenantBase targets introductions for your market. The more consistently you engage with it, the sharper your inbound pipeline becomes over time.
Is the Additional Research / Broker Notes field visible to tenants or third parties?
No. The Additional Research / Broker Notes field is strictly internal and visible only to you and the TenantBase team. It will never be surfaced to tenants, listing brokers, or any external party. Log direct contact information, LinkedIn profiles, and detailed deal context freely.
When do digest emails arrive and what do they cover?
Daily digests go out Tuesday through Friday covering the prior day's deal transfers, movements, and pending referrals. Weekly recaps go out every Monday and summarize all deal activity over the prior 7 days. You can reply directly to any digest to reach the TenantBase team with questions.
What happens after I post an anonymous tenant rep deal?
Once submitted, your deal is added to your partner broker dashboard automatically and you will receive an email confirmation. Listing brokers with matching available space can then contact you directly. You manage all inbound from your existing TenantBase deal board alongside all other active deals.
Why should I upload tenant rep deals before July?
TenantBase is running a major outreach campaign to the listing broker community starting in July 2026. Deals already live on the platform when that push launches will be immediately visible to listing brokers actively searching for tenant rep opportunities, giving early uploaders a first-mover advantage on inbound outreach.
What is the TenantBase Broker Incentive Program?
The TenantBase Broker Incentive Program rewards partner brokers $500 for every broker they introduce who becomes a TenantBase subscriber. There is no cap and no tiers. Each qualifying intro banks $500 against the referral fees you would otherwise pay on closed transactions. Brokers can send intros with their name or anonymously at partners.tenantbase.com/broker-incentive-program.
