Zachary Propst

Zach joined Crosbie Real Estate Group in June of 2023 where he primarily focuses on industrial and office assets. He started his career in real estate with Lee & Associates where he managed the site selection process for several national accounts. Prior to his time in real estate, Zach also spent the first 5 years of his professional career in Transportation & Logistics. During this time, he learned about the ins and outs of the logistics industry. This experience gave him a first-hand view of day-to-day operations and he now uses this knowledge to help the field with their real estate needs. He then spent 2 years as an acquisition specialist for the wireless infrastructure group, Unison Site Management. While at Unison, Zach led in the acquisition of leased income streams via Wireless Assets. The combination of these roles gave him a great foundation of skills which he now applies within his real estate career.
Zach has managed national accounts, brokered complex deals, and coordinated on-site operations for large projects. He is passionate about delivering high-quality service and value to his clients and is always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the commercial real estate field.
