Yuriy Figel is a real estate broker with eXp Realty, a subsidiary of a Nasdaq-traded company, the largest residential real estate firm by geography in North America which is disrupting the industry with innovation. Yuriy is building his client-centric business–the Phi.estate™ group brokered by eXp Realty–positioning premium client experience at the core of his strategy; as well as establishing partnerships nationwide, allowing him to align with other real estate professionals.

Yuriy is an entrepreneur at heart and has more than 15 years of leadership experience and international expertise in business development and strategic planning, marketing and advertising, branding, intellectual property, cross-cultural negotiations, and fundraising.

Yuriy Figel serves as a committee member for the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors® (NSBAR). Yuriy serves on the Council of Chairs of Chicago Sister Cities International, which is an initiative of World Business Chicago, a nonprofit that promotes Chicago as a leading global city through citizen diplomacy and official relationships with 28 cities in almost every region of the world.

Yuriy Figel obtained an MA in International Relations and Political Science from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, a top school in Ukraine. He earned his Executive MBA from Loyola University Chicago. Besides English and Ukrainian, Yuriy speaks fluent Russian and is familiar with Polish.
