estate investment designation, CIPS- certified international property
specialist designation. I have originated over two billion dollars in commercial real estate financing and negotiated commercial real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions real estate closings. I am very skillful in commercial real estate investment theory and strategy.
My past real estate experiences and training includes Dean Witter, NationsBank, ABN AMRO, U.S. Transportation (FAA), and Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board.
