William Akleh

William Akleh is a native New Yorker who has lived in Manhattan for 30+ Years. He has a Bachelor’s in Corporate Finance from Baruch College and a Masters in Finance and Investments from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business. William began his career in Finance and then transitioned into a Financial and Technology recruiting role before starting Sido New York Real Estate with his brother and partner, John Akleh. Prior to that, he served in an advisory role within his family’s real estate portfolio in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Since 2015, William has successfully leased over 200,000 SF of commercial office and retail space in Manhattan, developing a reputation in the industry as being one of the top Tenant Rep Brokers. He has also developed multiple relationships within the not-for-profit community having previously worked with the Stonewall Foundation, ACRIA, Post Graduate Center for Mental Health, Athlete Ally, the Urban Design Group and Bard College.
