Viv Kay Nguyen is a native Houstonian and licensed Texas Real Estate Broker with 12+ years in real estate and 15+ years of business experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from University of Houston and possesses a business background in the insurance and waste management industries in addition to real estate. After working in residential real estate for about 7 years, Viv transitioned to brokering commercial real estate exclusively in 2022 and focuses on retail and industrial leasing & sale transactions.
