Todd Payne, SIOR joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty on November 1, 2017 upon the sale of his company Goodfellow Commercial Real Estate to NRT, LLC. As managing director of the National Brokerage Team for Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty Todd remains responsible for his team, the implementation of a strong business plan and oversight of well over $100 million in transactions annually. Over the span of Todd’s career he has personally negotiated over $750 million in transactions on behalf of his clients. His office and team are recognized annually as a COSTAR Power Broker Firm.
Recognized as a prominent business leader in Connecticut and nationally in the commercial real estate industry Todd is using his 25 years of experience and client relationships to build a significant national tenant representation practice for Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty. Todd and his team have represented hundreds of national/international multi market clients as the “single point of contact” for their commercial real estate portfolio. Their scope of services includes tenant representation, franchise services, national market research, property/lease valuation and advisory, state and local economic development incentives and strategy development.
