Tim Agee joined Miramont Commercial as a broker in November 2024 after working for three years in Newmark’s Colorado Springs office. Prior to his brokerage career, Tim was a cost and compliance analyst for The Boeing Company in Seattle, Washington.
Tim successfully combines a uniquely detail-orientated, data-driven mentality with a passion for connecting people to opportunities. With expertise in tenant and agency representation in the office, industrial, and retail sectors, Tim prides himself in serving his clients and customers with the highest level of effort and integrity.
A Colorado Springs native, Tim is active in his church community and spends his free time playing golf and pickleball.
