Tamika Moses
is native of Miami, FL and is the CEO & Managing Broker of Robin Bird
Realty Inc., headquartered in Hollywood, FL. Robin Bird Realty Inc. is a full-service
real estate boutique brokerage that specializes in the acquisition, leasing,
and the disposition of Commercial, Residential Investments and Distressed
Properties throughout Florida. Tamika is
a seasoned real estate professional with over nineteen years of experience in
the mortgage, distressed and traditional real estate fields. She started her
collegiate education at Florida A&M University and completed her Bachelor’s
degree in Interdisciplinary Studies & Communications from Florida Atlantic
University and earned her Master of Science in International Real Estate from
Florida International University in 2015. She is also a licensed Florida Real
Estate Instructor and owner of the Florida Real Estate School, Robin Bird Real
Estate Institute, A CCIM Candidate, and holds NAR Designations that includes
CIPS, CDPE, AHWD, RENE and SFR.
Tamika has
worked for several major real estate brokerages throughout South Florida. In
2014, she made the decision to further her knowledge in Real Estate and apply
to FIU’s Master of Science in International Real Estate ten-month program. The degree program made a huge impact on her career
and helped her make the decision to obtain her Real Estate Broker’s license in
2015, and in the Summer of 2018, she founded and opened, Robin Bird Realty Inc.,
which is named after her mother Robin who passed away from stage four breast
cancer in 2013. For which it honors her mother who encouraged her to begin a
career in real estate back in 2004. A Red Robin Bird symbolizes passion, honor,
renewal, strength, new beginnings, and great things to come. This was the
perfect name as Tamika is passionate about real estate and honors each client
she works with. Since its inception in 2018, Robin Bird Realty Inc. has closed
over several million dollars in real estate transactions and has been a tenant
representative for national franchise retailers which includes A&R Workshops
and has represented a number of multi-million-dollar online businesses with
warehouse spaces. Robin Bird Realty continues to grow each year.
Tamika is
heavily active in the real estate community on the Local, State, and National
levels, and other community organizations. She is currently serving on several
Real Estate boards including, The South Florida Board of Realtists NAREB the
local South Florida Chapter, as the 2024-2025 President, the 2024 President-Elect
for the Miami Commercial Board, which is historic as she is the first person of
color to be elected for Presidency, a 2024 Florida State Director with the
Florida Realtors, A Commercial Committee member with Florida Realtors, and a
2024 NAR Commercial Committee member. She was also co-host of the real estate
radio show “The Real on Real Estate Radio”.
Tamika
is the recipient of the 2020 Miami Association of Realtors Commercial Rising
Star award, and The Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce 2022 Proud Member
award.
