Steven Maxson

Steven D. Maxson serves as Synergy’s Senior Vice President of Silicon Valley, based out of San Jose. He has more than 18 years of experience as a tenant representation specialist serving some of the globes leading corporations with their real estate requirements in the Silicon Valley and abroad. Steven has helped companies like Oracle, Dell, Dresser-Rand, Mary Kay, AAMCO and Fairchild Semiconductors manage individual transactions as well as global portfolios of a wide range of real estate assets. With diverse experience in Office, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Retail real estate he brings a well-rounded and thorough approach to his clients requirements.

He has assisted clients with strategic planning and the implementation of portfolio, transaction, construction and investment oriented projects across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, The Americas and the Asia-Pacific regions. Steven’s experience in implementing turnkey international projects, including maintaining communication channels and client advocacy have enabled him to efficiently manage his clients’ global footprints.
