Stephen Spivak

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Stephen is a serial entrepreneur with a Master of Organizational Dynamics degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Stephen has years of experience running his own businesses and a record of success launching new ventures. Most recently, Stephen
worked as an Investment Advisor and Portfolio Manager for the Ben Franklin Technology Investment Fund and as a strategic advisor and mentor to local Philadelphia start-up companies. Stephen now brings his diverse entrepreneurial skill set and investment experience to
commercial real estate with a focus on working with investors, developers, and property owners to invest, purchase, or lease multi-family and other commercial properties in the Pennsylvania region.

For the past 25 years, Stephen has been a Philadelphia city resident - living in Northern Liberties, Manayunk, and currently Rittenhouse Square. When Stephen is not helping buyers, sellers, and renters of real estate, he can be found at Eagles and Sixers games or hiking or biking the trails of beautiful Fairmount Park.
