Tenant representation begins with understanding the details better than the simple space needs, rent, and term. My goal is to help my clients find the best possible space at the right price, while avoiding or minimizing inherent risks from market, location, and governmental pressures.
I started in the Tenant rep world as a real estate paralegal, providing critical due diligence and timely transactional project management to purchase and development projects, nationwide, where my firms and copmpanies were representing buyers and lenders. I found real estate development first through a stint at an international telecom infrastructure REIT, managing transactional matters for development, single-site builds, and large portfolio acquisitions. Since this time, I have grown my financial, design, and construction acumen while retaining my command of the legal and regulatory aspects of Real Estate. I am an advisor, a developer, and an advocate with a Master’s in Real Estate Development, Brokers’ licenses in MA. and NH, and an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License in MA.
My tenant representation skills include investment-oriented financial analysis, title, survey, lease analysis, complex zoning, land use, permitting, and environmental matters on projects ranging from telecom sites to $100M development and financing projects.
