Stephen Kubasek

I am an advisor at eXp Commercial specializing in multifamily, retail, and mixed use
properties in the Tampa Bay region. As an investor in commercial real estate, I
currently hold ownership stake in 500+ multifamily units and a retail shopping
center.

Prior to being a full-time Commercial Real Estate Advisor, I built a career as a
nonprofit fundraising executive, serving in numerous roles including associate
vice president of university advancement at a private university. As a
teenager, I earned the rank of Eagle Scout – one of my most prized
accomplishments. In addition to my professional experience, I hold a degree in
Marketing, an MBA, and a Doctorate of Business Administration.
