She has four years of commercial real estate experience with a background in equity capital markets, concentrating on office and industrial assets located in the Bay Area and western United States. Miss Forester has been responsible for the management of sales transactions worth over $4.5 billion and encompassing more than 15 million square feet. Her experience on the Capital Markets team provides a unique skill set to the Newmark South Bay leasing team.
