Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Shelli has assisted clients working in the real estate industry since 1996. She offers strong skills in Acquisitions & Dispositions; Negotiations; Multi-family, Mixed-Use, Land, & Development Sales.

Shelli started her career through family-owned asset acquisition’s, stabilization, management, and re-sale trade. Specializing in REO’s, tax credit, and Off-Market trading, she offers her clients superior service. Her excellence in service includes locating deals through research and off-market lead generation, assisting through acquisition utilizing seasoned due diligence practices, and assisting with stabilization planning of purchases.

Shelli is a graduate of NYU and moved to Lubbock to be near her mother in 2016, where she developed a love for land. When not hunting deals for her clients she enjoys traveling, and spending time with family.
