I began my career in real estate over twenty five years ago, as a tenant rep and consultant to tenants, specializing in entertainment, entrepreneurial and Fortune 2000 companies. I gained an expertise in packaging projects from my earlier career in the entertainment business and parlayed that into packaging real estate projects. I was responsible for the development of two high rise projects in Los Angeles by leveraging my clients’ viability as anchor tenants and equity partners to construct mutually beneficial transactions. Because I am client driven, I have been involved in transactions throughout the Greater LA area, as well as out of the city and state. IIf I can’t find a building that is on the market that fits my clients’ criteria, I will create something by using market knowledge and years of experience. In fact, 90% of the sale transactions that I was involved in on behalf on my clients were not on the market–they were deals that I put together using a creative and client driven approach. I negotiate each transaction I am involved in on as though it were my own business on the line. I love the art of negotiation and I love a good deal! I derive great satisfaction in increasing my client’s bottom line, whether in a tenant ease or purchase transaction. My goal is to complete a transaction wherein my clients’ position in the real estate aspect of their business is maximized and their risk is minimized. I work with my clients to develop a long term plan for their space needs, so that predetermined growth options are in place, as well as safety measures, should the business sell or contract.
