Sebastian Kressley

Sebastian’s specialty is Multifamily investment sales, where he has an extensive background as a General Partner on multiple multifamily acquisitions and dispositions. He works on the front end of identifying investment opportunities for our clients while also advising during the underwriting process. Sebastian also represents landlords, tenants, sellers, and buyers in other assets classes. In addition to his sales, he pushes the strategic growth of the Carolinas region of the McCann Commercial Team.

Prior to beginning his real estate career, Sebastian worked as a financial analyst at a 40 billion dollar Pharmaceutical Manufacturer and continues to build his personal real estate investment portfolio. He is a graduate of East Carolina University and currently lives in Greenville, NC. On the weekends you can find him training for an Ironman or the golf course.
