Sanford Sherman, C.C.I.M., J.D.

Sanford “Sandy” Sherman is an Attorney and CPA (retired) with over 35 years of transactional experience in business, law, finance, and real estate. He is dual licensed as a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Originator and holds several certifications from the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors, including the CCIM designation which is the gold standard for commercial real estate advisors. Sandy has been a real estate practitioner for over 5 years, focusing on commercial real estate for the last four years, during which time he has closed dozens of commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to exclusively entering the field of real estate, Sandy served as a senior level executive and General counsel to several Orange County businesses including a FINRA licensed Broker Dealer and practiced law with an regional law firm and an international AmLaw top 100 law firm. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, a Master degree from Columbia University; a Bachelor degree from Lewis and Clark College; and two degrees from Saddleback College, one in Real Estate and one in Real Estate Appraisal.
