Sabine Shea consults with building owners and tenants. Sabine has been actively
involved in the commercial real estate business for over 15 years.

Sabine has been an active investor in commercial real estate for over a decade
and is involved in selling, acquiring, negotiating, managing and leasing. Sabine
maintains solid relationships within the Real Estate community, she has a network of
Investors, Owners, Accountants, Lawyers, and Bankers who specialize in Commercial.

Sabine is passionate about assisting business owners and executives in finding the
ideal location and space that strengthens their brand while providing an
environment for attracting and retaining employees. Her industry knowledge and
negotiation skills enable her to provide valuable market insight while negotiating the
best possible terms for her clients.
Sabine graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a B.A. in Finance. She is a
member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors, Minnesota Shopping
Center Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and is actively
involved with the local CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Chapter.
