Hi there -

My name is Ryan Knowles, I am a Stanford grad and now spend my time working alongside tech and life science companies both regionally in Southern California and nationwide.

My team’s goal is simple - to understand you, your team, and your company to ensure that, together, we find the perfect space for both your immediate needs and your needs of tomorrow.

Savills represents some of the most globally recognized companies including Apple, Netflix, and Snap Inc. amongst others. Don’t worry, we don’t just focus on the behemoths, we also intimately work with early-stage startups, some of whom we’ve been fortunate enough to be there all the way through successful exits.

As a previous startup founder, I know how important the office is for collaboration and innovation. The Pandemic has changed certain aspects of office life including social distancing and work from home protocols.
