I provide transactional representation as a REALTOR for Commercial, Industrial, and Land. I work with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants ranging from small businesses to investment groups. I have 18+ years experience in Commercial Real Estate.

Tenants who work with a tenant representation broker can avoid months of delays and dead ends. Since I work with tenants, landlords, and other commercial and industrial real estate brokers; many times I can get signed leases on spaces that tenants are moving out of and are not yet advertised.

I connect new and growing businesses with business advisors and lenders to make their finances attractive to landlords.

Here is the long version of my experience:

Taking a consultative and advisory approach; I work within cross-functional teams of experts to affect resolutions to complex real estate problems. Multiple licenses and certifications in real estate sales, appraisal, mediation, and specialized (MAI) coursework, allow me to provide a variety of levels of expert advice, valuation, advisory services, mediation, and transactional representation. Through my network of business advisors and lenders; I connect my clients with the resources necessary to grow their businesses.
