Rosemarie DeFonte

I am a native New Yorker fully licensed in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

From my background in Relocation Management I developed a keen ability for managing
details and deadlines; and I am a skilled communicator as well. With
residential business from Harlem, NYC to the suburbs of Monmouth County, I’m
knowledgeable in a broad range of living styles. My commercial business
experience has taken me to the streets of Brooklyn for heavy construction and
to the creative world of Long Island City’s film-making industry. On the
International scene, my focus has been on Italy with a particular concentration
on the regions of Tuscany and Piedmont, or as I would say Toscana and Piemonte.

I speak Italian and Spanish and am conversational in American Sign Language. I am also
a professionally-trained Voice Actor. This skill has provided me with the
ability to communicate succinctly and with confidence in many a business
transaction. My experience in real estate affords me a world of knowledge and a
strong work ethic that I bring to everything I do.
