Robert Rand

Bob Rand, CCIM, SIOR is a broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark in
Ormond Beach, FL. Bob specializes in investment properties in all property
classes with an emphasis on industrial properties. Land, single tenant industrial, and investment
sales of industrial parks have been a staple of his business in the past
several years. Bob’s CCIM and SIOR
designations demonstrate his commitment to education, ethics, and performance
in the industry. He became a partner in CBC Benchmark in 2017 has recently
assumed the managing Broker responsibilities for the office. Bob is an active
member of the Florida Chapter of CCIM, the Florida SIOR Chapter, and he served
as the 2021 President of the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors
(CFCAR). His community involvement includes serving as the current Chair of the
City of Daytona Beach Economic Development Advisory Board, he is an active member
in Team Volusia Economic Development Corporation (TVEDC), and he serves on the
Board of Directors for the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is also a
past president of the Port Orange –South Daytona Chamber of Commerce. Bob is a graduate
of Florida State University with a B. S. in Accounting and is a proud Florida
State Seminole. Prior to his time in commercial real estate, Bob was a long-standing
multi-unit franchisee for one of the largest fast-food franchises in the
country. He has resided in the Greater Daytona Beach Area for over 45 years and
is married to his wife Teresa. They have five adult children and seven
beautiful grandchildren. In his free time, Bob enjoys his family and is an avid
golfer.
