A native of Spartanburg, Richard has almost twenty years of commercial real estate experience specializing in hospitality conceptualization and site selection. Getting his start in real estate with FATZ Café in 2005, Richard is experienced in property management, retail leasing and sales, construction management, and hospitality conceptualization. He is a founding partner and conceptualist of South Carolina-based Hub City Hospitality, LLC, which operates restaurant concepts Willy Taco, FR8yard, and Flock Shop, with multiple locations throughout the upstate.
