Richard Goldstone

Richard brings a broad array of business experience to commercial real estate. He transitioned from the insurance industry initially as a real estate developer and investor focusing on multi-family and investment properties. As a commercial agent and an at-risk developer, he has successfully completed 30+ transactions encompassing land deals, retail and commercial leasing, and investment sales. Richard has a track record of uncovering value add opportunities and the innate ability to advise and navigate clients through the successful completion of any real estate transaction. He is a consultative team builder who fosters trust, accountability, and transparency in all client and partner relationships. His background in finance, operations, and organizational development enables him to understand and assess a client’s needs and requirements. Richard mentors aspiring developers at Jumpstart Germantown, a community development program working to revitalize neighborhoods in Philadelphia. He formerly served as a Planning Commissioner in Abington, Pennsylvania where he raised a family and resided for over 20+ years.
