Rex specializes in the Valuation, Aquisition & Disposition of complex commercial real estate assets. His career includes a brokerage team supporting 12,000,000 SF of institutional grade industrial and office portfolios.

Rex’s national network of users, developers, REITs, private investors, and brokerage relationships creates a strong platform to deliver far-reaching representation for his clients.

A Savannah native, he spent 15 years in Atlanta, GA & worked for 2 other global commercial real estate firms prior to returning home. He is a founding partner in NAI Mopper|Benton and oversees the day to day operations of the firm. He and his wife Kathleen have 3 children.
