Ress Skarbo

Prior to forming Skarbo Real Estate, Inc,, Ress started in the real estate industry learning from his Father who was an investor and later an Agent himself specializing in residential real estate. Ress joined Keller Williams Coastal Properties and quickly pivoted from selling residentilal real state to focusing on commercial real estate where he later became Director of the Division (KW Commercial). After leaving Keller Williams, he joined NAI Capital Commerical as Vice President. NAI Capital is one of the largest commercial real estate Brokerages in the world. In 2024, Ress decided to open his own brokerage to better serve his clients. Ress prides himself on helping Tenants getting the best lease terms and other consessons when leasing commercial properties.
