RC Myles is a 30-year commercial real estate veteran, having
completed over thousands of sale and lease transactions totaling more than 20
million square feet of commercial space in the Rocky Mountain Region. His
leadership in the industrial and investment marketplace is well recognized and
he prides himself on his attention to detail and advocacy for his clients. RC is the Managing Broker of Thrive
Commercial Group, a boutique Denver based firm specializing in Industrial and
Investment sale transactions.

RC is married to his wife Karen, has 3 adult children and
during his nonbusiness hours he enjoys everything Colorado has to offer
including skiing, playing tennis, golfing, hiking, fishing, hunting etc. RC is
active in the community having served on the Advisory Board for the Colorado
Center for the Blind, the Arapahoe Community College Foundation, the Planning
Board for the City of Littleton, and he is actively engaged with an
organization that addresses food insecurity in Denver called Food for Thought.
