My sole focus is working with companies that are end-users of real estate. I do not represent landlords, just the tenants who occupy space in their buildings. This approach lets me maintain a completely conflict-free environment, where my clients understand that I am working solely on their behalf and never on the Landlord’s behalf.
For over 22 years I have been active in the Long Island Office and Industrial market. I have succesfully completed transactions for small law firms and accounting firms, to large industrial users and non-profits. Each opportunity requires a different skill set, but all require the ability to understand a client’s business and how their real estate decisions can impact their bottom line as well as their culture.
I am also proud to hold the SIOR Designation, a distinction awarded to a small percentage of commercial practitioners. In additon, I have served in leadership roles on National Committees and our local chapter.
