Dr. Kelly is an investment sales profressional specializing in representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and healthcare investment properties nationwide.

He has worked alongside healthcare teams that have represented a multitude of clients ranging from physician groups, institutions, private equity groups, developers and private investors looking to meet their specific real estate goals. Dr. Kelly has experience in the fundamentals of real estate transactions and underwriting and is continually looking to find new ways to exceed client expectations and bring value to his clients.

Prior to transitioning into Commercial Real Estate, Dr. Kelly served clinically in the healthcare field in various medical settings such as private practice, hospital, and LASIK/surgical centers. He later transitioned into Commercial Real Estate and began in the Capital Markets division at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he focused on debt & equity financing for healthcare investment properties. With experience in healthcare, sales, capital markets, and finance, Dr. Kelly is able to bring a diverse and well rounded background in hopes to better serve his clients and investors real estate needs.
