I am a graduate of the United States Military Academy at Westpoint, I also have an MBA from the Univeristy of British Columbia. I have nearly 10 years of experience in commercial real estate in the Georgia, Arizona and New Mexico Markets. I specialize primarily in commercial tenant representation e.g. helping people find a new space for their businesses, drafting letters of intent, advising rental rates/NNN charges and negotiating the lease on my client’s behalf…all completely free of charge to my clientele.
