Dallas native Perry Cass is a gem of a REALTOR thanks to the impeccable customer service skills she honed during her years of running her own luxury jewelry business. Taking immense joy in helping others, Perry comes to commercial real estate naturally as her grandfather was an accomplished developer responsible for Lovers Lane and the neighborhood behind “The Pink Wall.” Today, she is enthusiastically continuing her family’s legacy by devoting her career to helping Tenants, Owners and Investor throughout the Dallas area.

She genuinely enjoys assisting people and her core philosophy is to treat others as she would like to be treated. Having bought and sold several Dallas properties over the years, Perry is able to put herself in your shoes and seeks to make the process as easy and organized as possible.

Born and raised in the heart of Dallas, and a graduate of Southern Methodist University, Perry recently purchased a home in the Forest Hills neighborhood, steps away from White Rock Lake and the Dallas Arboretum. A longtime tennis player, she enjoys playing golf, biking, and dancing and when time permits, loves hanging poolside with her family.
