Patrick Romary

Patrick has more than 25 years of commercial design/build experience including a background in marketing, market analytics, sales, and project management. He works closely with clients listening attentively to their needs and strategic intentions so he can develop, implement and deliver effective solutions.
Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Patrick attended Bishop Luers High School and then went onto Butler University’s College of Business Administration. He then completed his real estate training at Troyer Real Estate School.

Patrick understands the Fort Wayne market and “time is of the essence” to seize opportunities when identified. He takes his fiduciary responsibility to his clients seriously by continuously working to enhance his value to investors and maximize their ROI. He is driven to be a trusted advisor for his clientele in all facets of commercial real estate in Northern Indiana.
