Nathan Diones

Prior to founding Regioncy, Inc., in 2011, Nathan Diones was affiliated with a national real estate brokerage where he was recognized as the youngest licensed broker within the firm and received awards for “Rookie of the Year” and “Executive” awards for completing the buying, selling and leasing of over $270M in transactions throughout CA, AZ, NV, TX, TN and ID from 2008-2020. Nathan sits on the Board of directors for the East Valley Association of Realtors which has over 1,700 active members. Nathan was just recently appointed to the San Bernardino County Tax Appeals board in April 2018 - Present. Nathan is actively engaged in owning multifamily, retail and storage properties throughout the western United States.
