For 21 years, I worked in real estate; starting in tax valuations with a prominent law firm, leasing with Chicago Apartment Finders, to lastly managing over a 245 unit portfolio with a Hyde Park based management company before launching New Heights. I have a long history working with Chicago Housing Authority voucher holders (project-based and public housing), Illinois Housing Development Authority (including tax credit, project-based, and Section 8 housing) and National Housing Compliance.
