Mike Gatton

Mike leads commercial real estate operations for Baldwin Properties, with a focus on large land tracts, commercial leasing, and investment sales. Since 2023, he has assisted clients in closing more than $14 million in commercial transactions. He helps manage the Union Cross Business Park Association—one of the top-10 largest business parks in the Triad—working alongside members such as Pepsi, Liberty Hardware, and EWi. He also played a key role in fully leasing and managing Pyramids Village Shoppes in Greensboro, NC.

Mike’s professional involvement includes serving on the Board of the Winston-Salem Realtors Commercial Alliance; active membership in the NAIOP Piedmont Triad chapter; teaching Sunday School; and coaching youth soccer.

He is a graduate of Leadership High Point and a Triad Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree. Mike holds degrees in Business Management and Sport Management from Guilford College, along with a Master’s in Biblical Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte.

Mike and his wife, Madison, have four energetic children. He enjoys family life, mentoring young adults, coaching youth sports, and fitting in a round of golf when possible.
