Michael Mahan

Michael Mahan is a Vice President with Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers, specializing in office, medical, retail, investments, land and marinas.

Michael was a former twp sport athlete at Ball State University and went on to be a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne. Michael began his career in 2004 successfully opening and running his own commercial real estate brokerage in Charlotte and Charleston. In 2011, he moved to Atlanta to work for DLC Management, leasing office and retail space, and selling out-parcels throughout the Southeast United States in markets like Atlanta, Memphis, Nashville, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Richmond. Michael also managed the State of Georgia’s commercial lease portfolio of 1,500+ leases while at the State Properties Commission. In 2017, he moved to Naples and joined Cushman & Wakefield as a director.

Mr. Mahan has closed over his career, 400 transactions totaling over 2.5 million square feet valued at over 350 million dollars. He was also the top leasing rep at two different companies in the first year of employment. Michael also qualified for the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors multi-million-dollar producer award from 2007-2009.
