Michael Holzgang

Mike Holzgang and his partner Brad Christiansen are members of the Occupier Services Team at Colliers International. They are experts in workplace solutions, focusing primarily on Tenant representation, transaction management and related advisory services to private, public and non-profit entities headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. Mike assists buyers and tenants in creating the best workplace solution for his clients. Since Mike focuses on tenants and owner-users - the occupants of commercial real estate - his team has no conflicts of loyalty or time which allows Mike to use a consultative approach toward the provision of advisory services.

Mike received his Business/Finance degree from the University of Oregon with an emphasis in real estate. Immediately thereafter he entered the commercial real estate field. As a proessional with 40+ years of experience in commercial real estate, Mike’s passion is to develop and execute real estate strategies to assist clients in achieving their organizational goals.
