Michael Harpole

With a background in project management and analytics, Michael Harpole brings a unique perspective to his role as an associate broker with Tributary Real Estate. A motivated self-starter with a strong aptitude for problem-solving, Michael believes in the power of strategic thinking and maintaining close client relationships to achieve success.

At Tributary, Michael assists on the business development side of Tributary, helping to expand our growing network within the Denver community. Providing invaluable transaction support, he delivers market and financial analysis to help negotiate deal structures.

Prior to joining the Tributary team, Michael worked as a business technology consultant for Deloitte, where he combined his love for data strategy and analytics to improve processes and reporting systems for his clients. Leveraging his project management skills and polished attention to detail, he managed the implementation of real estate software across 224 major retail stores in Japan. While working on these types of projects, he discovered a real passion for commercial real estate.

Michael received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas Christian University, where he worked as a student manager for the football team. Today, he serves as an active board member of the TCU Alumni Association Denver Chapter. He is also a part of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Impact Denver class of 2019, Downtown Denver Partnership Leadership Program class of 2020, and a member of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce infrastructure committee. Born and raised in Colorado, Michael enjoys alpine skiing, hiking, fly fishing and mountain biking – basically anything outdoors.
