Maureen Caldwell-Meurer

An Oakland Hills resident area for 35 years. I grew up in San Mateo, graduated from Claremont Colleges, where I worked as a court reporter before moving to The East Bay. Maureen married her husband Dennis Meurer, from San Jose in 1995. They have two wonderful scholastic, caring, and athletic daughters, Hailey, enjoying crew at UCSD Tritons, previously at Artemis, went to BIshop O’Dowd, and Hannah 25, Currently in Norway as an applied engineer, majored in electrical engineering and Japanese at NAU in Flagstaff. Maureen has been involved with real estate development and remodeling for the past eight years. The real estate field was a natural extension of their contracting business, DLM Enterprises, and the court reporting field, along with living with her dad, a judge. Running construction jobs gave Maureen firsthand experience with negotiations, an integral part of the real estate transaction. The same energy and quality of work is reflected in Maureen’s professionalism.. Maureen truly enjoys working with people, and has had the pleasure of working with wonderful clients in a variety of real estate transactions - Warehouse Industrial, Multi-units, hospitality, luxury home developent, hill homes, heritage homes, complete fixers and short sales, along with these wonderful Live/Work lofts. Education is a continuing Goal. I belong to several commercial groups, Monday Morning Masterminds, the Legislative Committe of ARPB, NCalCCIM, Commercial Brokers Association, 680 Exchange, as well as other groups. My husband and I spend our personal time helping and being involved with our daughters’ crew and events. Previously swim and water polo team and our education. Our personal hobbies include Kayaking during Covid and currently, bike riding and snow skiing, along with visiting friends, having workers and client time,, diving when traveling. It is my goal to educate the client and enable the home selling process to be as efficient, streamlined and successful as possible for you.
