Matt Firestone

Raised in a “real estate family” in Connecticut, Matt studied economics at the University of Kentucky. He then joined the firm of Cox-Lehman Associates in Washington D.C., a developer of industrial properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. Firestone worked to market the firm’s portfolio of warehouse space and then began the company’s new brokerage division focused on retail and office property sales. Later, he joined his family’s real estate development company Firestone Corp. at its headquarters in Midtown Manhattan. There he worked on the development and sales of the firm’s office, industrial and residential projects in New York, Virginia, Florida and Japan. Mr. Firestone has specialized in providing clients with solutions that strategically align their real estate investments with their long-term goals.
